Sr. Partner Marketing Manager Jive Software

Working with Jive?s Strategic Technology Partners & Alliances teams the Sr. Manager Partner marketing will be a key driver in developing a high-impact ecosystem to drive incremental revenue. This person will be responsible for developing a go to market strategy designed to scale business through partners with supporting marketing plans, self-serve marketing assets and leveraging partners in jive demand generation programs. This person will also be directly responsible for the day to day management of strategic technology partners where we have an established go to market and co-selling relationship.
Responsibilities include:
Develop joint go-to-market plans with top tier partners that result in increased Jive brand awareness, industry thought leadership and lead flow.
Create opportunities with Jive demand generation & events marketing teams to incorporate partners to amplify our message through their demand and promotional activities.
Work with regional alliance directors to keep Jive ?front and center? for greater mindshare within GSI partners.
Full ownership of JIveWorld?s sponsorship program.
Lead and manage Jive Partner summits.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree, MBA from a top university
5-7 years relevant experience in product marketing, consulting organizations or partner marketing with demonstrated ability to build successful programs
Experience in B2B enterprise software companies with a preference for experience in marketing or sales automation or collaboration related technology
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives in partner communities to invest in relationships and open doors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in international markets
Socially savvy
Ability to travel
