The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will lead a team and define user acquisition strategy and business goals for Android and iOS. You will track effectiveness of advertising campaigns and implement continuous improvements. You will also define launch and post launch user acquisition plans with the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing.
In this role, you will lead a team of 5 user acquisition leads based in 3 timezones, define user acquisition strategy and business goals for Android and iOS and report on your goals to the top management as well as the product teams.
You will track effectiveness of advertising campaigns, implement continuous improvements and keep innovating to build Mobage into the leading social gaming platform in the West. You will also define launch and post launch user acquisition plans with the Director and VP of Marketing.
Requirements:
5 - 7 years total advertising/marketing experience minimum
2 - 3 years of advertising experience for smartphone/web/mobile services
Management experience with proven capability to help a small team to grow in their roles, ideally with some remote management experience.
An understanding of mobile advertising networks (iAd, Admob, Millennial, Tapjoy, Flurry, Sponsorpay etc.)
Analytical skills - review data and apply to business planning
Expertise in Excel and Google Docs
Master's / MBA degree preferred, Bachelor degree or equivalent acceptable
Passionate about social games, social networking and mobile market trends
