Global 360 is actively recruiting for a Sr. Product Manager for its Business Process Management (BPM) offering. This person will be responsible for authoring product requirements, managing the product life cycle, participating in marketing and customer facing activities, and leading new product launches. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of how enterprises are leveraging Microsoft technologies (such as SharePoint, InfoPath, and Dynamics) to build enterprise business process solutions. This position requires five to seven years of product management or equivalent experience in the enterprise software industry, preferably in the BPM sector.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Life Cycle Management - Gathers functional requirements from customers, prospects, partners and the technical sales and services organizations. Works closely with the software development organization to define software release priorities and scope. "Owns" the overall software release process from inception to general availability.
Product Positioning - Works closely with product marketing to develop product collateral, demonstrations and sales tools for Global 360's Business Process Management Suite (BPMS).
Commercialization - Responsible for the successful launch of new and existing products. Manages all product readiness and launch activities including positioning, pricing and packaging, internal education of new product capabilities, and the formal public launch. Participates in related marketing activities associated with the product launch.
Field Marketing & Sales Enablement - Provides content and guidance in the development of regional and/or global campaigns providing product, market and customer expertise. Provides product specific guidance to the technical sales and services organizations. Represents product strategy and roadmap to customers, prospects and partners.
Technical Thought Leadership - Provides direction on how Global 360 can leverage the Microsoft platform to extend our process, document, and case management solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Significant experience in software product management, development and/or life cycle management.
Direct experience developing and managing product requirements following an Agile methodology. Experience serving as a product owner for multiple scrum teams is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of BPM and related technologies and markets.
Extensive knowledge of how enterprises are leveraging Microsoft technologies (such as SharePoint, InfoPath, and Dynamics) to build enterprise business process solutions.
Ability to team with a wide variety of people in executive management, sales, development and marketing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or business related field.
5-7 years of experience in a product management or equivalent industry positions.
