Position Summary:
The main focus of this position will be to define and manage projects within Specific Media?s reporting, data and analytics from inception and requirements gathering, to design and release.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following but other duties may be assigned.
Work within the Product Management team, taking ownership and responsibility for certain critical aspects of Specific Media?s internal Ad Serving and Reporting product platform.
Monitor and understand competitive offerings. Gather requirements from the different Business teams, and solidify them into design specs.
Generate new product ideas, perform buy/build/license analyses, maintain product roadmap, and task prioritization list.
Define requirements, manage dependencies with other facets of the Specific Media environment and track development work against those requirements.
Work with marketing on collateral, produce user documentation, work with sales and operations on use of the product, and liaise with project management team on final releases of product features.
Perform other duties as instructed.

Past success managing complex products and integrations in medium to large organizations.
Broad understanding of the interplay between content production, distribution and monetization.
Experience with process mapping, diagramming, visual data representation, and wire framing.
Experience with complex report development, past experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools a big plus.
Experience/knowledge in software development best practices, content development/electronic publishing and a good understanding of software and web development technologies.
Education and/or Experience:
Extensive product management experience (4 years).
Technical knowledge of the intricacies of digital/online advertising (3 years).
BA/BS required. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
Understanding and competency in MS Suite with focus in Excel.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
