Sr. Product Manager ? Good Collaboration Applications
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with the need to lead the industry by launching new products in a fast and growing market - Enterprise Mobile. This includes collaboration, messaging, calendars, contacts, browser & productivity tools to serve the growing list of 4500 companies and organizations we currently serve around the world through our 25 offices. Headquartered in our new location in Sunnyvale, you will have the opportunity to show your leadership abilities to manage and contribute significantly to deliver some of the most innovative products in enterprise mobility today.
As a Sr. Product Manager for the Mobile Collaboration Apps, you will be responsible for assimilating market and customer requirements for the next generation of Good?s software for end users across smartphone and tablet devices running iOS, Android and Windows Phone and Windows 8 platforms and delivering compelling solutions to enterprise administrators.
This is a highly visible position within the company reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to manage the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will be accountable for the product success in the market by defining compelling solutions that delight the customer, driving the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
You must possess a combination of business and technical skills as well as having a passion for the vision of mobile collaboration solutions for end users. You must be comfortable with frequent interaction with Fortune 100 enterprise customers and prospects. The ability to communicate business goals in technical terms is a must.
Responsible for setting product strategy and driving a unified product plan and roadmap combining multiple product areas
Establish and maintain a clear value proposition plan as well as competitive benchmarking and overall differentiation summary
Institute a data-driven approach to growing active users and P&L for your products
Deliver compelling experiences that excite end users
Lead cross-functional teams (Development/QA, Business Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Support) to deliver high-quality products on-time
Work closely with customers and other business units to gather consumer and stakeholder requirements
Define clear & compelling market and feature outcomes to pull the organization toward innovation
Measure and analyze impact of existing functionality and pricing; identify opportunities to innovate and improve
Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
Build strong internal relationships with the sales and marketing organizations to drive implementation of new product strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years experience in software or services product management
Relentless focus on market leading outcomes through articulating goals and aligning the cross-functional (technical & business) organization toward delivering greater value
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Entrepreneurial and take-charge approach
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Knowledge of mobile, Internet technologies
Bachelors/Master or MBA Degree or equivalent in experience
Experience with mobile applications such as messaging, social networking, file access & management, browsers, personal information management, productivity solutions
Experience working with technology solutions delivered in large and complex Fortune 100 customer environments
