Sr. Product Manager Retail Solutions, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Retail Solutions has a new opportunity for a Senior Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing new and existing products and defining our future solutions in collaboration with all stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Product Management and Customer Support teams. Responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of enhancements from defining, gathering and documenting requirements to managing the hand off from Engineering to the Operations teams.
This position will be located in the Retail Solutions Inc. Mountain View, California (US) Office. Other locations could be considered based on experience.
Become familiar with our current solution footprint
Work with key stakeholders to shape the overall, high level vision for our product strategy and solutions
Manage, prioritize and document business requirements based on feedback from RSi teams and industry experience
Facilitate the hand-off of new solutions from Engineering to Operations within a production environment
Provide necessary feedback and participation on testing procedures ensuring overall system quality and data quality of the solutions
Skills and Experience Required
University Degree (Master?s Degree preferred) with high marks from a recognized university; Emphasis in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering and/or Mathematics is preferred.
7+ years? experience in Product Management
Experience with digital media/ mobile marketing/ad-tech, developing or using platforms for targeting and measuring digital media.
Experience with Supply Chain, CPG and retail industry a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required
Strong project management, leadership, decision-making and technical design skills
Must be detail oriented and able to produce clear and concise documentation
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
