Global 360 is actively recruiting for a Sr. Product Manager for its Business Process Management Suite (BPMS). This person will focus on the document and case management components of the offering and be responsible for authoring product requirements, managing the product life cycle, participating in select marketing and customer facing activities, and leading new product launches. This position requires five to seven years of product management or equivalent experience in the technology industry, preferably in the BPM or ECM sectors.

Product Life Cycle Management - Gathers functional requirements from customers, prospects, partners and the field organization. Works closely with the software development organization to define software release priorities and scope. Co-sponsors and manages outsourced development and/or contracted engagements for specialized expertise with development leads. "Owns" overall software release process from inception to general availability.
Product Positioning - Works closely with product marketing to develop product collateral, demonstrations and sales tools for document and case management components of Global 360's Business Process Management Suite (BPMS).
Commercialization - Responsible for the successful launch of new and existing products. Manages all product readiness and launch activities including positioning, pricing and packaging, internal education of new product capabilities, and the formal public launch. Participates in related marketing activities such as webcasts, newsletter creation, etc. associated with the product launch.
Field Sales Enablement - Provides product specific guidance to the sales organization. Represents product roadmap and strategy direction to customers, prospects and partners.
Field Marketing - Provides content and guidance in the development of regional and or global campaigns providing product, market and customer expertise. Participates in field activities, sales calls, etc. as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Significant experience in software product management, technical sales, development and/or life cycle management.
Direct experience developing and managing product requirements following an Agile methodology. Experience serving as a product owner for multiple scrum teams is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of document, case, and process management and related technologies and markets.
Ability to team with a wide variety of people in executive management, sales, development and marketing.
Ability to leverage resources in other functional areas such as customer support, development, marketing, and sales to successfully meet business goals.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or business related field.
5-7 years of experience in a combination of product management or equivalent industry positions.
