The Senior Product Marketer is responsible for developing, supporting, and implementing end-user, health plan, and provider marketing plans. The Sr. Marketer will work closely with customers and internal departments to promote NaviNet, create capability awareness, and drive adoption and utilization. The Sr. Marketer is responsible for the entire life cycle of marketing campaigns across a 1,000,000+ user base portal, and large marketing database. The person will develop content for collateral, whitepapers, emails, web pages as well as set up, execute, and track campaign responses and publish overall results to stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(in order to be considered for this position, the individual must be able to perform essential functions listed below)
Develop and execute product marketing plans, both short- and long-range, across existing and new markets to support the growth and expansion of company products, services and partnerships
Develop marketing materials that support the above
Targeted content for multi-payer Portal
Develop messaging and other related content to support field and remote deployment and utilization management activities
Support deployment and utilization goals of new customers and capabilities
Communicate and manage assignments with outside design,interactive and marketing firms.
Evaluate, understand and report cause and effect relationships of various marketing programs.
Work closely with other marketing managers to develop client-facing sales tools such as brochures, case studies, data sheets, and newsletter content.
Create and deploy email blasts via Salesforce.com and email marketing tool
Create and run email and portal results reports in Salesforce.com/Excel
Have strong project management experience, along with excellent communications skills, be able to multi-task successfully, and be responsive to multiple stakeholders.
All other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and edit queries to extract data from various production database system.
Support data quality initiatives
Perform high-level ad hoc campaign analysis.

3+ years healthcare marketing experience either at an agency or healthcare-related company
MBA with 8+ years previous marketing experience
5+ years overall Marketing Experience
Experience in creating marketing programs and possesses a proven marketing campaign portfolio
Strong understanding of database/direct marketing concepts
Experience with marketing subscription-based solutions
Previous writing experience in the areas of direct marketing copy, white papers, landing pages, etc.
Creative and energetic problem solver with strong analytical and data skills
Experience working with products used by providers and other healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication skills using a variety of methods
Previous management experience a plus
Very strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent time management skills with a proven ability to be highly productive
