MarketTools was recently named a Leader in the Forrester Wave? report for EFM solutions, and we?re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to continue the momentum of our EFM solution, MarketTools CustomerSat. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Products, is responsible for managing and directing the development and execution of product positioning, messaging, marketing programs, and sales collateral. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is the ?voice? of the product, and serves as the subject matter expert on Webcasts and at conferences & tradeshows. This position works closely with Corporate Marketing, Product Management, and Sales as part of the team that defines the company?s overall marketing and sales strategy.
Develop go-to-market plans that define target segments, identify growth opportunities, and track impact on revenue growth
Develop product positioning, messaging, product communications, and launch plans for new product releases
Work with Product Management to define product roadmap and manage activities surrounding product releases
Work with the Field Marketing team to plan and execute marketing programs to build the sales pipeline
Cultivate and manage key customer relationships; involve customer thought leaders in product direction and overall vision
Develop content for the Website, the MarketTools blog, sales and marketing collateral and other product-related content through internal or agency resources; work with the Marketing team to continually update product presence
Represent product line at conferences/events, on Webcasts, and with press and industry analysts; develop relationships with key influencers.
Minimum 7 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably with a SaaS offering
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
Rigorous attention to detail in creating high quality materials for outstanding results
Willing to work in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor?s degree from a top program preferred
