The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will have responsibility for helping drive thought leadership and adoption of LiveOps Platform and LiveOps Applications products through the development of crisp and compelling messaging and content that support our go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct strategic market and competitive analysis, including ongoing competitive monitoring
Understand target buyers, users and influencers to inform product development, messaging and content strategy, and sales
Partner with Product Management to develop marketing content, demos/collateral and sales enablement materials to support key initiatives and roadmap
Define clear and compelling customer pain points, value propositions, competitive differentiation and customer success stories
Develop targeted messaging and assets to support go-to-market themes across all buying stages, including writing or facilitating the creation of a wide range of multimedia marketing content (white papers, blog articles, social media content, videos, webinars, best practices, solution briefs, case studies, etc)
Partner with Sales to develop effective sales materials and tools to support the sales process
Collaborate with PR/AR and Demand Generation teams to maximize the impact of messaging/content on thought leadership and lead acquisition
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, MBA desirable
At least 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in product marketing or content marketing role - preferably in cloud technology, enterprise software, CRM, social media or online marketing space
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including specific experience writing/editing for different media and varied audiences
Strong creative, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent planning and project management skills
Strong teaming skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate/collaborate effectively
Aptitude/awareness of technology, social media and content marketing trends, with an ability to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
