RingCentral is looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for go-to-market execution for cloud business communications products targeting small business and enterprise segment. You will be instrumental in market launch of new products and features, including positioning, messaging, and launch sales enablement.
You must be passionate about launching new, innovative products and features in the market and driven to ensure success. For you it?s all about delighting the market with products and innovative features and functionality that they never knew existed or needed. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial.
This is a cross-functional role, requiring collaboration and communication with product management, sales and marketing, and support teams. You will need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills. You must be comfortable in working in dynamic, fast-paced matrix team environment.
Product positioning ? develop compelling messaging that differentiates our cloud business communications product in the market
Product launch ? define the launch plan for new products and features and manage the cross-functional execution of the go-to-market rollout collaborating with engineering, product management, web, support, marketing and sales teams
Training and communication ? develop and deliver product training content and materials for internal support and sales readiness in preparation for launch; communicate launch updates across the organization
Sales enablement ? communicate the value proposition of our new products to the sales team and develop the sales tools including product datasheets, sales proposals and pricing guides that support the selling process and help us move up market
Customer insight ? be the expert on customers, how they buy and use our product features
Content generation ? develop website content and collateral including product pages, datasheets and demo videos; develop interesting product and market content for demand gen and customer programs
Qualifications & Skills:
5-6 years of product marketing experience
Bachelor?s in business or marketing, MBA a plus
Experience with SaaS or Cloud services
Proven success in executing on go-to-market plans
Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
