Sr. Program Manager

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of the IT PMO as Sr. Program Manager you will plan, lead, and manage cross functional, high-impact programs focused on ServiceSource?s Managed and Selling Services Business.

You will take an active role in leading a cross functional global team, focused on driving program execution from definition through successful release and transfer to operations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to influence and institutionalize Scrum, the new Program Management discipline and processes that optimize and evolve global service delivery value.
Collaborate and partner with Selling Services, Client Delivery, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and Customer Support, to drive all pertinent activities related to the program life cycle.
Manage Program roadmaps and lead the Selling Services Governance Council.
Interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Consult with business stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. Dissect high-level information into details and communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization.
Provide input into strategy planning and managing company resources to execute program and project goals and objectives from design phase through implementation.
Experience with Sales, CRM, SFDC, SAP CRM, and global implementations.
Experience with improving the program management discipline and moving from waterfall to agile.
Experience with leading a cross-functional, global teams. Ability to identify and manage impediments.
Program management experience in a software environment for at least 7 years - experience in SAAS companies is a plus!
Self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to necessary to interface with senior management.
Proven influence skills in a high pace environment.
A strong background with project management tools including MS project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Rally knowledge is a plus.
Ability to make order out of chaos.
This individual must work effectively with staff and senior management within the function, across functions and with external parties.
Manage cross functional teams across different locations
Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate, drive results and set priorities independently - the ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and infrastructure technology subject matter expert
To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing others
A minimum of 7 years of experience is required. 8 to 10 years of experience is preferred
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, a Master Degree; or equivalent experience is required
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
