Tour of Duty:
LiveOffice is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project?s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

To Make the Cut
? Bachelor?s degree required; Computer Science preferred.
? 5-7 years direct work experience in Scrum Project Management would be ideal.
? Strong familiarity with Agile project management software, such as Rally, VersionOne or Team Foundation Server.
? Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
? Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
? Strong written and oral communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Customer service skills an asset.
? Expert level of understanding in Agile development
? Strong knowledge and experience in Agile estimation
? Strong understanding of Agile user story construction
? Strong experience mentoring Agile transitions
? As a Scrum Master, have successfully delivered multiple products using Scrum
? Certified Scrum Master

Day In and Day Out
? Direct and manage one or more scrum development teams.
? Facilitate Sprint planning meetings
? Facilitate Sprint review meetings
? Facilitate Daily Scrums
? Facilitate Sprint retrospectives
? Manage impediment backlog
? Track and report sprint and release metrics
? Mentor, evangelize and enforce compliance to Agile best practices
? Need to mention Process Ownership, Continuous Improvement, Process Innovation
? Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications mechanisms
? Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
? Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
? Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
? Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
? Track project milestones and deliverables.
? Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
