Sr. Publisher Manager Flurry

We are looking for the person who will lead and manage our Publisher Business in the Southwestern Region. They will be responsible for driving broad adoption of AppSpot, Flurry?s mobile ad serving and audience targeting platform, among major accounts. They will lead the region locally and be responsible for new business and managing strategic accounts locally. The candidate will report to the Director of Games & Social Networks.
The ideal candidate should have significant publisher business development experience, strong management skills, drive for results and passion for closing and nurturing partnerships. Experience building adoption of exchanges or supply side platforms is a big plus. The candidate should also have strong interpersonal, communication and strategic skills and work well with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive AppSpot adoption among the largest mobile app developers in the games and social networks verticals in the region
Evangelize AppSpot to the developer and publisher community
Manage client relationships with key developers and publishers
Ensure high partner satisfaction and prompt resolution of publisher issues.
Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of Flurry services and position them effectively
Focus prospecting on mobile-specific accounts in the region
Requirements:
5+ years of business development and partner management experience
Proven ability to independently manage and develop multi-year, multi-million dollar client relationships
Experience determining customer requirements and coordinating with product development
Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Established relationships with C-level execs on top mobile properties a big plus
BS, with MBA preferred
