Sr. Quality Associate - (Job Code 88 PC) Accumetrics

Job Summary
The Sr. Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance to applicable regulatory requirements and ISO Standards. This person?s main responsibilities will be managing the Deviation and Nonconforming product quality systems. In addition, they will support the other quality systems such as CAPA, Product Release, Complaints and Document Control. They will review and analyze data, and manage documentation as it pertains to quality system programs. They will track, trend and report on assigned quality system activities and interact with cross-functional groups and all levels of management.

Individual will also act independently with minimal supervision and have a general working knowledge of all quality system programs. They will be accountable for decisions regarding individual quality records and make recommendations for quality system programs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a Scientific discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in a FDA regulated Medical Device, Biotech or Pharmaceutical organization.
A Clear understanding and ability to implement QSR regulations (21 CFR Part 820), or cGMP (21 CFR Part 211), and ISO 13485.
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective team member.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring resolution to conflict and implement change.
Ability to interpret analytical data.
