Sr. Quality Engineer - Treat Tiny Prints

The Treat engineering team is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer who is analytical, can write clean code, can troubleshoot test failures, and possess excellent communication skills to be a part of the team developing and testing PHP/HTML5/JS web applications and iOS applications. In this position, you will ensure the delivery of quality web products by writing test plans, coding automated functional tests, and finding and reporting issues. This position will report to the seniormanager in charge of Treat engineering located Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities:
Plan, code, maintain and execute test suites
Report defects clearly in defect tracking system
Actively participate in Agile meetings with product management, software engineers, and quality engineers
Willingness to ?go the extra mile? to get the job done well
Proactively participate in maintaining team standards and best practices
Be the gatekeeper for the quality of the Treat product
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience coding automated tests for web applications using Selenium or Watir
Solid working knowledge of web applications
Experience with HTML5 is a plus
Web language experience in one of PHP, Javascript, Perl, etc.
Programming language experience in one of: JAVA, C++, C#, etc.
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux is a MUST!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
BS/MS in Computer Science required
NOTE: Fresh graduates are welcome provided you can demonstrate your troubleshooting skills and coding skills (personal projects are valued highly)
