Aggregate Knowledge, a Neustar service: We?re a fast-growing marketing services company using Big Data to understand online advertising, and help advertisers meet their marketing goals. The Client Services Account Manager sits at the middle of everything we do. There?s no complex statistics or coding required for this position, just an affinity for numbers, and an ability to understand client goals and personalities. This role is client-facing, and is very collaborative. The most successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, effective communicator, and effective problem solvers. A critical component will be helping to shape best practices that will serve as the standard operating procedure for ongoing client management across your region.
As the primary owner for ensuring success from the on-boarding of new clients, the day to day operations of the customers, and continued growth of the client base. The Customer Success Team (CST) manages all client facing aspects of the business. This person will manage between 2-5 clients depending on the size and complexity and collaborate with our Solution Architects, Analysts, Pre-sales and Sales teams.
Manage day to day clients; including overseeing the on-boarding new clients and manage/train existing clients
Manage and grow your clients
Direct project and client management
Liaise with sales, product, engineering and operations
Experience in online advertising is a must
Must be comfortable working independently
Agency, Ad Tech Vendor or Publisher experience is a must
5-10 years of relevant industry experience
2-5 years of client management experience is a plus
Experience working within ad servers is required
Familiarity with any one of these ad servers is a plus
DFA, Mediamind, Pointroll, Mediaplex, Atlas, AppNexus
Solid analytical skills are needed with ability to use data to inform and present/revise a digital marketing strategy for our customers
Strong client management background is required
Experience running meetings and presenting to senior level client contacts is required (Director & C-level executives)
Experience in working with Data Management Platforms is a plus
Familiarity with the acronym DMP and the role a DMP fills is needed.
Experience with SEM/SEO is a nice to have, but not required, familiarity with search strategy is a plus
Willingness/ability to travel 10% of the time is required
