Sr. Retail Analytics Consultant Orchestro
This position will bring a wealth of hands on experience in business analytics to help customers drive business value through the use of the Orchestro product portfolio.
This includes the following activities:
?Facilitate defining customer requirements and design best in class analytic solutions.
?Collaborate with the customer to gather and define business requirements, business definitions, dashboard design, and report design.
?Coordinate design reviews and validate that solutions meet requirements and service-level agreements.
?Identify project tasks and provide estimates for those tasks.
?Research and develop best practices in using business analytics to drive quantified business value
?Provide thought leadership by actively presenting solutions to identify gaps and address business needs.
?Develop case studies capturing business value realized by customers.
?Work with development teams to execute advanced analytic solutions based on customer requirements and goals
?Develop test plans and tests solutions to validate whether requirements have been met
?Provide end-user support in post-deployment phases. Assess and evaluate all feedback to ensure that the requirements necessary to correct issues are addressed.
?Assist customers in fully leveraging the Orchestro product portfolio through compelling one on one and large group training activities.

Desired Skills and Experience
?Minimum of 5 years? experience in category management, supply chain management, or other key business analytics roles
?Minimum of 2 years? experience in using an enterprise class business analysis tool such as MicroStrategy, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services, etc. preferred
?Demonstrated experience creating advanced reports and dashboards by applying strong technical knowledge of features and functions of business intelligence tools
?Outstanding communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of an organization
?Ability to present strategic information, data and results in a clear and understandable manner utilizing methods appropriate to various forums
?Proven leadership abilities with a track record of delivering quantified business value through effective analytic solutions
?Documented work history demonstrating success at ever increasing levels of responsibility
?Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
?Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
?Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, MBA preferred
