Sr. RF Manufacturing and Test Technician - Job# 1165 Dust Networks

As a member of the operational team, the successful applicant will use his/her electrical/mechanical assembly and test skills and experience to serve as a test technician for Dust Networks.
Qualifications:

1. Experience in 802.15 RF circuitry and testing.
2. Experience in using signal generator, RF power meter, and signal analyzer. Be able to do cable & system RF loss calibration.
3. Embedded process board bring-up, test and debug.
4. Quality oriented and work with minimal supervision.
5. Ability to read schematics, bill of materials, and rework/assembly instructions.
6. Be able to do PCBA functional test and debug.
7. Be able to use computer sufficiently to do word processing, data processing, and to run test programs.
8. Experience in hand SMT soldering and rework.
9. Skillful in manufacturing basic electro-mechanical assemblies such as box assemblies, cable assemblies, etc.
10. Minimum 5 years experience in production and test of RF products.

Responsibilities:

1. Debug and fix failed production units.
2. Debug and repair RMAs.
3. Support test engineer in the maintenance of test fixtures.
4. Perform quality inspection and verifications.
5. Perform other production tasks such as assembling, testing, packing, counting inventory, etc. as necessary.
