Sr. Sales Analyst Construction Software Technologies

Department/Division: iSqFt for Manufacturers Travel: 20%

Qualify prospects through a consultative discussion, which includes a business, process and pain discussion.
Set up and execute online presentations and iSqFt platform demonstrations. Provide research, data analytics,
and set closing presentations for Sr. Sales Consultant.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Qualify inbound leads received from the team prospector
? Conduct a minimum of 20 business, process, and pain discussions
? Gather and analyze relevant background information.
? Create and deliver 15 online product demonstrations and presentations monthly
? Schedule closing presentation for Sr. Sales Consultant
? Work with Senior Consultant to fully prepare final presentation

? Consultative & lead qualifying experience selling a business solution
? Ability to uncover, understand, analyze, and present data
? An understanding of how businesses are organized & operated
? Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
? Self-starter, Assertive, Professional, Coachable
? SalesForce.com, data.com, LinkedIn, Microsoft 2007/2010
Experience and Educational Requirements:
? College degree preferred
? 4+ years successful sales experience
? Experience within the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Sits at desk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work with computer tools and applications
