Sr. Sales Executive Silverlink Communications
We are seeking a Sr. Sales Executive who is highly motivated, dedicated and innovative to join our sales
team. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of management strategies and tactics to
create prospect awareness generate interest and close new business. This position requires excellent
softwareservices solution selling skills to manage all aspects of the sales cycle
? Responsible for identifying and engaging new sales prospects and driving the sales process. The
ability to lead and manage strategic accounts in large territories.
? Develop and execute territory sales plan and build pipeline to maximize revenue.
? Provide revenue forecasts to management on a weekly basis.
? Build and sustain strong business relationships with the customer by becoming a solutions expert
through call program knowledge, awareness of customer trends and best practices which leads to
the recommendation of new call programs to help the customers? business.
? Work closely with customers to understand and design specific programs to meet their needs.
? Gather intelligence on the product line?s performance, customer attitudes and the competitive
Experience with softwareservices solutions selling or Pharmaceutical sales required. Knowledge of
healthcare industry applications, either from the user perspective or through sales or service to Managed
Care Organizations, PBM?s and Pharmacy operations is preferred.
A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Well organized individual,
who pays great attention to detail, yet is capable of creativity. Goal orientated. Able to grasp abstract
concepts and turn them into concrete propositions via the written word or graphical presentations.
