Senior Sales Operations Analyst
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst reports to Director of Sales Operations Analysis, but primarily supports Admissions Management as the ?business manager? for his/her team. Key responsibilities fall into 4 primary categories: data, process, analysis and reporting. This is a data driven role requiring a quantitative orientation, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-multi-task. Day to day activities include:
Maintaining a constant awareness of goals and current forecasts and developing action plans to mitigate the 3 biggest risks to the forecast in addition to the 3 biggest opportunities to improve it
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our CRM & related platforms such that they are the liaison for communicating development and enhancement requests
Serving as the first point of contact for questions and requests from others
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our supplemental marketing analytics tools, such that they collaborate across departments to develop tracking & scoring mechanisms for marketing & other conversion campaigns
Acting as point person for managing key inter- & intra-departmental processes in the recruitment and registration cycle
Disseminating new processes and information to Admissions Management for execution
Measuring & enforcing compliance to standard processes and best practices
Owning program data in Salesforce and responsibility for ensuring that processes maintain data integrity & compliance standards
Establishing and implementing all processes & reporting that will maximize the number of students in a cohort
Executing test plans & evaluating results
Working with the Business Intelligence team to develop production reporting that focuses on productivity, conversion and compliance
Using reporting tools (i.e. JMP) to develop ad hoc reports that measure overall team performance
Coordinating more complex predictive & explanatory analysis with the Analytics team
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree required
Demonstrated general understanding of business operations
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills required, advanced data base skills preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Great communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience using Salesforce CRM system
The ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner
Well developed sense of discretion regarding access to sensitive information
