Sr Security Consultant SecureInfo
The Senior Security Consultant will provide security and compliance subject matter expertise across multiple business groups for SecureInfos commercial customers. Will work with a multi-disciplinary team of security specialists, engineers, project managers, and delivery professionals responsible for transitioning and supporting entities in cloud and managed hosted environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supply Security Authorization Support, Penetration Testing , Continuous Monitoring and Compliance consulting support services
Analyze policies and procedures against Federal laws and regulations and provide recommendations for closing the gaps in security
Implement, maintain, and improve security for the customers by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems; and preparing security standards, policies, and procedures
Support Certification & Accreditation (C&A)
Conduct Risk and Vulnerability Assessments
Perform Policy, Procedure Development and Review
Maintain awareness of trends in security regulatory, technology, and operational requirements
Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, information management or other related technical discipline.
5 + years of computer security industry consulting experience.
Preferred certifications include but are not limited to CISSP, CEH, CCNA, MCSE, Security+, GSLC, GISP, GCPM, G2700, GSNA.
Understanding of Cloud Technologies
Preferred certifications include but are not limited to CFCP, CISSP, GIAC, CISA, PMP.
Previous training or experience with implementing FISMA, FedRAMP, DIACAP, or NIST program
