Responsys is looking for an Information Sr. Security Engineer to help maintain Responsys? position as the most secure Cloud Computing platform for marketing automation services. You would be reporting directly to the CSO, and primary responsibilities will be enhancing the security of the Responsys corporate and production systems and networks. You will work closely with the IT operations, system administration, and network administration teams to identify risks to the business and lead solutions ranging from education and awareness to deployment of new technologies. Specific responsibilities may include:
Lead information security projects such as endpoint protection, application whitelisting, encryption, patching, firewall configurations, and log management.
Recommend and deploy new tools and procedures to minimize security risks.
Manage security tools such as application whitelisting, anti-virus, scanning tools, botnet detection and automate as much administration as possible.
Configure centralized logging and alerting to detect warnings and incidents and automate tedious tasks wherever possible.
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of Responsys systems and networks and prioritize remediation efforts
Provide security architecture reviews of internal IT projects
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
5 years of experience in Information Security
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and system administration staff
Strong organization and project management background to lead multiple highly-visible projects
CISSP, GIAC, CEH, or related certifications
Experience with network penetration testing tools such as Nessus, nmap, core impact, Rapid7/metasploit, and similar
Experience with managing endpoint and server protection technology such as anti-virus/spyware/malware, application whitelisting (Bit9), and patching tools.
Experience with Splunk or similar log management tools.
Experience with python programming
Knowledge of Linux administration and system configuration options
