WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Drive architectural excellence
Implement world class back-ends for robustness, flexibility and scale
Implement exceptional front end user experiences for web, mobile web and native mobile applications.
Work collaboratively with the technical, creative and product teams
Participate in agile iteration planning meetings and standups
Act as mentor to new engineers
WHAT WE HOPE YOU'VE ALREADY DONE A LOT OF:
Web backend development, ideally on a Python and Pyramid stack
Web frontend development, ideally on a jquery, backbone and underscore stack.
Designing web graph APIs to support web 2.0 front-ends
UGC infrastructure
Developing for mass scale
