Sr. Software Engineer/IVR LiveVox

Position Summary:

LiveVox is seeking candidates with a high level of independent decision making authority and limited supervision. Selected hires will be responsible for the design and implementation of:

IVR applications using VXML and Java
Integration of VXML application with VoIP/SIP based telephony network
Enhancement of performance of VXML applications
Text-to-speech solution design and development
Grammar design and development
Tuning concepts and testing for speech recognition engine (e.g. Nuance, Lumenvox, ASR)
CTI (computer telephony integration) implementation and development
Implementation of Java Web services.
