Sr. Software Quality Engineer Senior Software Quality Engineer National Capital Reg - McKinley Hill, Taguig City Responsibilities: Evaluates testing tools available on market to determine what can be used to meet Lawson's needs. Develops and uses automated testing tools and test frameworks. Maintains or generates data needed to execute test scenarios and scripts. Creates technical test plans and tests designs for the product or feature under test. Defines/documents testing methodologies/processes. Mentors quality engineers on methodologies, technologies and problem solving techniques. Enhances the regression test suite and improves the code coverage. Responsible for development/integrity of test frameworks, data and system environments. Analyzes current testing mechanisms to determine areas of improvement. Trains and consults on use of tools. Develops and enhances automated test tools, test frameworks, and test development standards. Ensures test coverage adequately tests configurations supported by technology support matrix. Leads the creation of test designs; tests plans for the product release or feature under test. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Software Testing Knowledge and experience of Automated tools preferred Excellent analytical and problem solving skills in a technical environment Strong organizational and communication skills, and a capacity for attending to details Must have sound practical knowledge of and experience with QA methodologies Ability to document problems in re-creatable steps clearly and accurately.
