Sr. Solutions Consultant Yodlee

Summary of Position:
Solutions Consultants are the primary sales support resource for the Yodlee field sales organization. Solutions Consultants are tasked with becoming the “trusted advisor†during the sales cycle and thus are expected to have deep knowledge and understanding of Yodlee solutions. Solutions Consultants must demonstrate the value of Yodlee solutions through product demonstrations, presentations and deep dive architecture and integration discussions with groups ranging from a prospect's development/IT staff to C-suite personnel.
Primary Responsibilities*:List 3 to 6 key responsibilities of the job
Solution Consultant
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify and uncover a prospect's business goals, needs and pains
- Work closely with Yodlee Regional Sales Mgrs, Product Managers and Professional Services to map the value of Yodlee solutions to the identified business drivers
- Prepare and deliver tuned product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects (on and offsite)
- Deliver deep dive architecture and integration discussions
- Work with Yodlee Professional Services and Technical Consultants to perform gap analyses and to identify potential solution integration points
- Assist in RFI/RFP responses
- Own addressing prospect objections/issues (product functionality and competitive)
Other Tasks
- Assist Client Partners in the on-going management of customer relationships
- Liaison between Sales and Product Management/Engineering providing input to Sales driven product/feature enhancements and associated product roadmaps
- Assist in the delivery sales product training to RSMs and Client Partners

Work Experience*:- 3-5+ years relevant experience as a pre-sales engineer/consultant
- Sales/technology experience in the Financial Services vertical preferred
- Online Personal Financial Management (PFM), online banking, payment processing, Internet bill payment, mobile banking experience a major plus
