Conductor is looking for someone with a mastery of MVC, a developer that has multiple years of building scalable, maintainable web applications. Experience with the following is important:

- Hibernate 3.5 w/ JPA 2.0
- Spring 3.0 w/ Spring MVC
- Spring Security
- Tiles or another templating/decoration framework
- JSP, js, css, html, AJAX, JQuery
- JUnit, Selenium
- Git
