Academic Qualification:
B.S. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering. Masters preferred.

Experience:
The candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or EDA industries as a design engineer, field application engineer or other similar design-related position. Prior experience handling customer engagements is required.

Position Responsibility:

Rollout GenSys product line capabilities and support customers during early engagements (evaluation & pilot projects)
Drive beta testing and internal flow validation effort prior to software release to customers
Identify problems, document test cases and work closely with Engg on resolution
Provide documented inputs for enhancements to flow & future roadmap
Create product collateral including Application notes, demos, technical presentation, training materials and methodology guides
Train FAE's on product capabilities and provide expert support on customer engagements during broader rollout

Skills required:

Excellent problem solver, ability to document problems, identify workarounds and help driven customer engagements to technical closure
Communication skills ? proven customer interaction skills including delivery of presentations, demos and training
Deep technical knowledge of low power concepts, flow and methodology Knowledge of SoC assembly methodology, architectural-level concepts, and RTL design also essential
Reasonable knowledge of Verilog/VHDL
Experience with Perl / TCL / some scripting language is a must
