POSITION TITLE: Sr. Staffing Specialist, Lead



LOCATION: Arlington, VA



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide leadership, technical assistance, and guidance to an HR team
Provide recruitment and employment support services for the General Schedule (GS) under Title 5 competitive and excepted service and agency specific legislation
Collaborate with HRM to establish new positions and to identify appropriate assessment tools and recruitment strategies utilizing state-of-the-art hiring and assessment systems
Assess candidates at all levels through manual determinations for minimum qualifications, automated systems, and panel procedures
Evaluate Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelors degree + 6 years experience or 10 years experience without Bachelors
Completion of DEU training
Demonstrated experience leading a team of HR professionals and working in a service team model
Strong Title 5 operational skills demonstrated technical experience with automated applicant recruitment systems and be able to train new personnel on these system(s).
