Market Force Information is seeking a Senior Statistical Analyst required to assist in the design, development and presentation of customized and syndicated analysis. Projects generally fall into one of the following categories: customer experience research, market analysis, survey analysis, customer loyalty and value management, data analytics and predictive modeling, and reporting.
Statistical work will include using data such as mystery shop, customer satisfaction surveys, social media summaries, contact center data, traffic counting/conversion rates, pricing data, and other forms of data collected or maintained by our client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work with Senior Director, Research & Analytics, to carry out statistical data analysis, design, develop and test metrics, and present results.
2.Build, test and implement statistical models by investigating appropriate methods and algorithms.
3.Develop new analytical products and conduct custom adhoc studies.
