Sr. Supply Chain/Commodity Manager LitePoint

Ideal candidate will have systems level manufacturing and NPI background along with supply chain expertise.
Negotiate and Qualify new contract manufacturing relationships as require.
Own monthly/quarterly business review forum with key supply chain partners.
Develops and execute on flexibility, safety stocking, and risk management models.
Develops and materializes long term cost objectives meeting the business requirements.
Negotiate and develop written contracts with key partners.
Develop close relationships with R&D and NPI engineers to ensure proper due diligence in place for new product supply chain.
Establish supply chain dash-board communicating key performance drivers and status.



Requirements:

This position needs an energetic and hands-on business leader participating in a very fast paced and growing environment.
10+ years of progressive purchasing, supply chain and commodity management experience.
Manufacturing and new product introduction background in wireless industries with systems level environment is a big plus.
Expert level comfort using planning/MRP and the Excel spreadsheet tools.
Proven background in developing and executing supply chain and contract manufacturing strategies.
Proven background in offshore manufacturing transfer is a big plus.
Contract negotiation and execution.
Able to expose and bring closure to measurable opportunities.
Excellent communication/presentation skills.



Education Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
