Design Analyze and troubleshoot customer reported problems. Provide second line written/verbal consultation to debug customer problems of increasing levels of complexity. Work with other groups to discover and deliver a solution to customer's problems. Analyze, replicate, use and configure small to medium in complexity customer problems. Keep current with the latest supported product technology.
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5 years professional experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Professional experience must be post-baccalaureate and progressive in nature. Must have professional experience with: medium to large scale distributed applications in production; C/C++/Java/.Net programming skills; Windows, HPUX, Solaris, Linux, AIX; network and application troubleshooting skills; networks, TCP/IP, UDP, and network programming.
