LiveOps is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with a strong tools development and operations background. You will be part of a team of tool developers and system administrators to build tools and manage remote data center infrastructure. Does this sound like you?Responsibilities:
Act as second level support for NOC engineers.
Develop and maintain tools which are critical to operation of LiveOps VOIP architecture. Deploy, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot servers/storage in production environments in remote data centers.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools for production hardware and application servers.
Be responsible for performance and availability of large, geographically dispersed web farms, application servers.
Manage backups for file systems including data for various application such as Git, Bugzilla, Puppet, apache servers, VOIP customer calls.
Work with developers in selecting the correct technologies and processes for future product deployment to production.
Manage production load balancers (F5) , switch configurations (Moving ports, re-affecting vlans)
Be able to manage VM infrastructure in development and production (KVM,XEN Citrix)
Research potential new technologies to be used for development, operation of various tools needed for deployment, configuration, monitoring of LiveOps products.
