We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to become the core of our infrastructure team. If you are passionate about your work, enjoy troubleshooting problems, and love learning new technologies, we would like to hear from you. You will take on key responsibilities for maintaining our current infrastructure as well as for planning and implementing new solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure and maintain production and development servers
Implement and maintain Zenfolio network infrastructure
Monitor availability and performance of Zenfolio systems
Work closely with members of the development team to troubleshoot application issues
Continuously improve management and monitoring tools
Participate in 24x7 infrastructure support duties
Work in our data center to assist with the installation and maintenance of servers and network devices
Occasionally travel to out-of-state data centers
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Solid experience in Windows system administration
Experience with Unix/Linux system administration
Solid experience with TCP/IP-based networking, including configuration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with core Internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, SMTP, etc
Programming experience in any language
Hands-on experience configuring and managing data center networks
