?FAS109 Quarterly Tax Computations
?Computation of Estimated Quarterly Tax Payments
?Corporate Tax Return (Federal & State) Filing
?FIN48 Research
?Foreign Tax (India) Requirements and Compliance
?Sales & Use Tax Filings/Compliance
?IRS and State Audit Compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred)
?3-5 years corporate tax experience
?Must be analytical and detail oriented
?Strong communication skills
