Online Help and cross-referenced Book Building expertise
Tools: Framemaker, XML, DocBook, Webworks, Confluence, JIRA, Photoshop, SnagIt, Illustrator, Camtasia
Ability to develop a variety of doc types: Release Notes, Online Help, KB articles, Tech Notes, HowTos, User?s Guides, Admin Guides
Familiarity with graphics, video and imaging tools a plus
Prefer CCNA-certification and strong technical acumen
