THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Close-knit and highly personable team seeks a Technical Account Manager to oversee the technical product relationship for the largest insurance brokers in the U.S. Do you have the ability to facilitate discussions with executives of billion dollar insurance businesses? Are you able to quickly learn and think on your feet? Can you understand and translate technical information into lay speak? Can you find creative solutions to complex problems? Can you lead a group of people toward a common goal?
The Technical Account Manager (TAM)?s central goal is to become a trusted business advisor, focusing on the role Vertafore products play in the client?s current and future business plans. The TAM will act as a central point of contact for all business impact product issues and partner across the company with Product Managers, Developers, the Vertafore Data Center, Professional Services, Sales and more to strategically align solution plans to reduce the frequency and duration of business impact issues.
Your relationship management capabilities will facilitate retention of millions of dollars of revenue and help pave the way for additional opportunities to partner with our largest customers. While partnering with other Vertafore departments you will have opportunities to create and improve business processes that will streamline cross-functional partnerships, enrich the customer experience and decrease operating costs. You will be the first person that billion dollar insurance brokers call when they have a question or issue with a Vertafore product.
Facilitate business relationships and manage complex situations and issues to resolution.
Be a customer advocate.
Ensure our largest customers receive the superior Vertafore customer experience.
Build business impact cases to influence the future direction of Vertafore products
Utilize and enhance your written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, business analysis skills and consulting skills to achieve your objectives and grow your career.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate the political structure of complex organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated; ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Ability to work occasional long hours which can include nights and weekends for major customer upgrades or deployments
Solution-oriented, able to quickly coordinate resources to identify the logical alternatives to issue resolution, present same to customer, and act to coordinate execution immediately
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Oracle CRM Experience a plus
SalesForce Experience a plus
Insurance/Financial industry experience a plus
Experience using Vertafore Product Suite a plus
The Technical Account Manager team spans our offices from Bothell, WA to Pulaski, TN to Windsor, CT. The team is an unique group of individuals who are charged with providing a superior customer service experience for Vertafore?s top accounts.
