As a CRM Technical Analyst, you will be a member of the Veeva Professional Services group working on consulting project teams to implement the industry-leading Veeva suite of CRM applications, built on the salesforce.com platform, to customers in the pharma and biotechnology industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications, salesforce.com platform and technical design
This position is 70% technical (programming development, working with data or advanced platform configuration), 20% analysis, and 10% project management
Development using VisualForce, Apex, JavaScript languages
Take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
Requirements:
Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force
SFDC Developer Certification Level II and III
Application packaging via Eclipse
Meta data migration
SFDC loader skills with bulk API
XML, SQL, Java, Apex, JavaScript, .NET
Database design and workflow
Strong presentation skills are essential
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or other similar majors or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have:
Experience with large enterprise, global preferred
Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
