Position Responsibilities
Responsible for technical marketing of the SpyGlass-Constraints product suite, including timing constraints analysis, generation and verification for early analysis for IP and SoC implementation.
Provide direction to development teams for product improvements based on customer needs, business goals and competitive environment. Work with customers to define and validate product requirements, specs and early prototypes. Assist in the development of market requirements.
Drive early product engagements, define and document use model. Ramp up and facilitate Field staff for the successful engagements of SpyGlass-Constraints products.
Monitor and analyze competition and outline competitive strategies to win with SpyGlass Constraints product.
Manage marketing communications activities including collateral, and web content. Coordinate and lead trade shows and other promotional events.
Manage beta test program for SpyGlass- Constraints products
Ensure development and delivery of customer presentations, demos, methodology, White Papers, application notes, workshops and training materials for use in evaluation and post-sales deployment of SpyGlass Constraints products
Be the focal point for partnerships with EDA, semiconductor and IP vendors to promote product revenue and customer account penetration
Lead effort to define cross-product flows related to SpyGlass Constraints within the context of Atrenta product platforms and Atrenta vision of SoC Realization.
Job Requirements
B.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering / M.S Electrical/Computer Engineering / MBA with 8+ years relevant marketing industry experience
Experience working with engineering, corporate applications and/or marketing groups related to EDA solutions
Strong knowledge of synthesis, STA, timing closure and formal technologies
Exposure to VHDL and Verilog hardware design languages; System Verilog will be plus
Demonstrated strong technical leadership and decision making; ability to influence product groups to ensure alignment and product success
Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and inter-personal skills
Organization, multi-tasking, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and track personal assignments and commitments through completion or resolution
Be able to work with international sites on a daily basis
Travel to other Atrenta sites or customer sites as needed.
