Sr. Technical Writer Zuora
Specific Responsibilities:Plan and write API documentation for SaaS software products
Work closely with multiple teams to research, write, and review documentation (Engineering, Product Management, Support, QA, etc.)
Work with the documentation team to manage the online documentation
Position Requirements:
5 years of experience as a technical writer
Experience creating API reference documentation and code samples for enterprise software
Strong product-oriented focus ? willing to dive deep to understand the product
Experience in short release cycles on product that has been released for public consumption
Experience with HTML and CSS preferred
Ability to work with screenshots, workflow diagrams, and other graphics
Experience with XML and object-oriented programming languages is a plus
Knowledge of/experience working with financial product is a plus

Ability to demonstrate initiative
Ability to work with multiple teams in an organization
Great time management skills
Education:
BA in English, Journalism, or related field required
