Sr. UI Engineer Xora

Job Description:You will have a hands-on, technical leadership role for the development of the next generation of Xora?s Mobile Workforce Management applications. You will drive all user experience/interface design and development for all of Xora?s web based and mobile products.
Responsibilities:
BSCS/MSCS or equivalent with at least 8 years of software development experience developing high performance, UI web-based applications.
Experience in designing UI architectures and frameworks and collaborates to translate a solution into a physical implementation.
Strong understanding of the entire web and mobile application stack.
Experience with Java MVC frameworks.
Experience with client side Web technologies (JavsScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc.)
Ability to write and run SQL commands.
Be an expert in User Experience Design (UX), and current rich internet applications and web technologies.
Experience with operational issues and demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between software architecture and physical deployment issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Project management and technical leadership experience within a small, dynamic company: pragmatic judgment, ?killer instinct? to get things done.
Team player and a proven ability to work with others in developing solutions.
