DocuSign is a fast growing web-based company looking for an Executive Assistant who is bright, organized, energetic, flexible, dependable and people driven. Focused on the common company goal: to continue to drive DocuSign as the Global Standard for eSignatures. Working behind the scenes, administrative support has a significant impact on the people at DocuSign and its users around the world. We?re looking for someone who is adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
The role: Executive Assistant, SVP of Worldwide Sales Office
As an Executive Assistant, you'll support sales senior management and executives while playing a key role in keeping business operations and activities organized and on track. You'll assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity and innovation. Using your exceptional communication skills and multi-tasking abilities, you'll effectively convey the manager's project and/or program priorities to other team members, providing guidance and direction when appropriate. In addition to managing office operations with little to no supervision, you also may be asked to manage other administrative staff members. Your responsibilities may also include designing, implementing, testing and maintaining moderately complex operational strategies.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks including; calendar management (including setting appointments, demos, and conference calls), travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports.
Assist in preparation of presentations, correspondence, metrics, charts, tables and graphs.
Act as liaison to other DocuSign Departments and with outside agencies and organizations.
Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments.
Partner with facilities to ensure that we have adequate room for growth, help drive required moves that will minimize disruption and keep employees happy and productive.
Skills:
5 years of experience assisting a C-level executive preferred
Experience working at a start-up or rapidly-growing company is preferred
Enthusiasm, adaptability and a can-do attitude are required
Strong computer skills are necessary and a technical knowledge is preferred
Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask are required
4 year University Degree preferred
