The Staff Attorney is a proactive, detail-oriented and accomplished professional who provides guidance on a wide variety of legal issues within our fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative organization. This position is primarily responsible for drafting of customer contracts, general sales contracts, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, as well as assisting In House Counsel with oversight of privacy, employment, business risk management, and protecting the intellectual property of the Company. In addition to regular reporting to the In House Counsel, the Staff Attorney also provides counsel throughout the organization, especially to the Sales leadership.

Essential Job Functions/Activities
Manage existing sales? contract strategies consistent with In House policies, goals and objectives and update In House Counsel on matters involving online advertising campaign agreements. Efficiently review, negotiate, track and execute clear, well-written contracts and manage the signature process.
Review renewal contracts and ensure completeness of documentation. Design, implement and execute a process to track expiration dates on all existing client and vendor contracts to ensure renewals and/or contract terminations are executed on a timely basis.
Effectively monitor worldwide privacy laws and legislation and provide updates to In House Counsel on privacy and data security issues, including applicable laws and legal approaches to privacy.
Draft and manage the contract process with vendors and partners, identifying potential risks and advising In House Counsel accordingly.
Research legal issues (advisory and consultant contracts, employment related matters, litigation, policy implementation).
Coordinate the management, filing and maintenance of patent and trademark applications.
Minimum Job Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support the needs of the In House Counsel at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate Degree, Juris Doctor
Years of Experience: 0-3 years
Specific Skills & Abilities: Lexis research; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications, etc.: Admitted to the IL Bar
Availability to work overtime and/or be accessible outside of business hours on occasion will be necessary.
