This position is responsible for device engineering work for production released process. The role of this position is to integrate Process engineering and Design/Product engineering through Device engineering work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Device level DC/AC characterizations
Wafer level reliability (WLR) testing ? HCI, TDDB, TZDB, EM and SM
Manage wafer acceptance test (WAT) & WLR specification
Material/Process/Device simulations ? Tsuprem4 and Medici
Failure analysis through Electrical and Physical analysis techniques
Construction and improvements of DC/AC test systems
CAD layout work
Radiation hardness characterizations
Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements
Hands on experience in AC/DC level device testing and characterizations
Hand on experience in building AC/DC test system
Hands on experience in WLR testing and characterizations
Hands on experience in construction analysis including, SEM, FIB, AFM, XRD, SIMS
Knowledge in CMOS process flow integration
Knowledge in Process and Device simulation
Ability to write concise engineering report
Ability of mentor junior engineers and interns
The following traits are highly valued:
Experience in 0.13 m and/or 0.18 m CMOS SOI technology.
Experience in Material engineering and/or Chemical engineering
Experience with Data Power or Jump
Knowledge in RF characterizations
Knowledge in SOS process
Knowledge in radiation hard process / products
Knowledge in Photonics devices
Education and Experience:
BSEE or Equivalent
10+ years of experience in CMOS Process integration and/or Design Engineering.
