Staff Engineer Novinium

Responsibilities:

Assists in the research, design, development, quality assurance and implementation of injection systems.

Ability to troubleshoot designs within our manufacturing operations.

Interfaces with other disciplines as necessary to design products and services.

Participate in sales and proposal activity as required.

Openly communicates with conviction and confidence in technical and business matters throughout the company.

Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.

Develops operational procedures, guides, assembly drawings and instructions.

Assists manufacturing and engineering departments in a variety of projects requiring good electrical and mechanical engineering skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and AutoCAD.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion.



Education Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience, Engineering Degree is preferred.



Preferred Experience:

Minimum 10 years full time experience in engineering for the construction, utility, electrical or similar discipline where you worked in a decentralized environment.
