Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with case preparation for Part B & part C Medicare Appeal Hearings
Provide Clinical testimony that supports the ChemoFx assay during Medicare Appeal Hearings
Assist the Managed Care Financial Services team with Commercial Insurance Appeal Reviews
Provide support to the Client Services department to resolve clinical questions from customers, sales teams, and patients
Assist the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, and Sales with clinical matters, as needed
Qualifications:
Education
B.S. degree in nursing (required)
M.S. in nursing (preferred)
Experience:
5-8 years with 3-5 years experience in oncology preferred
Required Skills and Behaviors:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Thorough clinical knowledge of oncology therapy and diagnostic tests
Work independently under direction but with minimal supervision
Make decisions and exercise good judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Work effectively within a team
