This Software Developer will work full-time in the MINDBODY development life cycle. You will be working alongside development rockstars in fast paced Agile/Scrum environment. You will be exposed to all facets of web application development including bug fixing, specifications, design, implementation and testing of awesome new features. Your work will have an immediate impact, the level of ownership is high and you will have fun while doing it.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BS CSC/CPE degree or minimum 2-5 years professional experience
Have a passion for web application development (HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, ASP/ASP.NET, .NET Web Services)
NICE TO HAVE:
SQL, XML, ADO/ADO.NET, LINQ, AJAX, MVC, C#, IIS, TFS, Visual Studio, Scrum/Agile
SKILL SET:
Are detailed oriented, professional and self-directed

Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Can balance confidence with humility
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently produce high quality code
Key contributor to successful team sprints
Work with team to analyze requirements
Skillful at gauging a feature?s impact on the rest of application
Collaborate intensely with team and evaluate work for technical feasibility
Carefully reviews specifications before they are coded
Responsible for testing your own code
Creates documentation than can be easily understood by peers
Responsible for creating comprehensive unit tests when the technology allows it
Implements best database design for the success of the project
Follows design library when applicable
Master of time management and ability work with minimal supervision
Perform code reviews that generate high value for peers
Fluent in change and learning of new technologies
Assist and mentor team members with knowledge sharing
Possess positive work attitude
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY:
Responsible for success of team?s sprints and leading the team towards successful technical solutions to MINDBODY business problems. There is no direct supervision; however, the Software Developer must be able to influence and direct QA and Junior Software Developers with their test plans and confirmation of resolution of issues.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
