This position provides staffing administrative support related to all functions of the Human Resources department. Ability to manage confidential information in the most discrete way is critical in this role.
This position is located in Gainesville, Florida office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide staffing administrative support to Human Resources Team on various initiatives and projects.
Assist with all aspects of the new hire on-boarding process; new hire paperwork, background, reference checks and I9 process.
Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by being the liaison between recruiters and new hires.
Support all recruiting efforts; onboarding of new hires, receiving all signed new hire paperwork; creation of new hire files; scanning and uploading of files.
Ensure employee data is updated and current in the HRIS program and personnel files (i.e. transfers, promotions, terminations, hires, etc.).
Process all E-Verify cases within the required timeframe.
Maintain personnel files and HR filing system at a national level.
First point of contact for all employees regarding HRIS issues.
Run HRIS audit reports for accuracy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

TRAVEL: As needed
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Minimum 12 months experience in Human Resource related disciplines or in administrative support role.
ADP Experience; Workforce Now Platform.
Minimum two year experience with HRIS system, payroll, or Human Resource discipline.
Two years of college or relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of principles and procedures of recruitment, selection, and HRIS programs.
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on advanced Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Acute attention to detail
Experience with HRIS program.
